The head of the Immigration, Passports and Nationality Department, Brigadier General Ammar Al-Hamli, inspected on Wednesday the workflow at the branches of the Immigration and Passports Department in Ibb and Taiz provinces.
Al-Hamli, along with the Assistant Undersecretary of the Department of Immigration and Passports, Brigadier General Fadl Al-Saadi, and the Director of the Department's branch in Ibb Province, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Harithi, reviewed the conditions and needs of employees in the two branches of the Department, the work mechanism in various departments, and the level of simplification and facilitation of services provided to citizens.
Al-Hamli emphasized that the visit comes within the framework of the efforts of the head of the authority and its keenness to improve performance, develop services, and meet the needs of employees in the various branches of the authority, as part of a field visit plan that includes all branches in the provinces.
He stressed the need to enhance the level of services, raise the efficiency of performance, and simplify procedures, while adhering to the approved standards and controls.
During his visit to the branch of the Arab and Foreigners Registration Department at Naqil al-Ibil point in Taiz province, the head of the Immigration and Passports Department urged employees to exert more efforts to serve citizens and foreigners and facilitate their transactions, in order to enhance the police's relationship with society.
