The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development, Jamal Al-Alawi, inaugurated a project to rehabilitate and equip the health center in the isolation of Al-Jaafara in Hobeish District, Ibb Governorate**, with a community initiative.
During the opening, in the presence of the director of the directorate, Shawqi Al-Tuwaiti, Al-Alawi inspected the center's departments and clinics and listened to the center's director, Dr. Hayat Al-Jaafari, an explanation about the health services provided to the people of isolation and neighboring areas.
Al-Alawi praised the community initiative, stressing coordination with the local authority to resolve any difficulties facing the center.
In an expanded meeting chaired by Al-Alawi, and in the presence of the Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region, Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Khaled, ways to enhance development work and community participation in the directorate were discussed, in the presence of local and tactical leaders.
Al-Alawi praised the community initiatives, stressing the importance of publicizing the cooperative society to activate development, and also noted the role of the Emergency Central Intervention Unit in providing cement and diesel to support projects.
For his part, Brigadier General Al-Khaled pointed to the importance of development in keeping pace with military achievements, pointing to the leading role of the agricultural sector.
The director of the directorate stressed the local authority's interest in development initiatives, pointing to the implementation of many community projects in various fields.
Al-Alawi, Al-Khaled and Al-Tuwaiti also made inspection visits to the community initiatives projects being implemented in the directorate.
