The Yemen Gas Company (YGC) carried out a field visit to gas filling stations in Dhamar Province to verify their commitment to provide safety , security standards and ensure continuous operation around the clock to meet the needs of citizens for gas.
The director of the company's branch in Dhamar, Eng. Nabil Al-Mutawakel, explained that the campaign, carried out by a team from the company's general management and the provincial branch, aims to strengthen control measures on gas filling stations, in terms of compliance with security and safety measures, providing appropriate quantities of gas to meet the increasing demands, especially as the holy month of Ramadan approaches, in addition to adhering to the prices , weights set, and ensuring continuous operation 24 hours a day.
The head of the field visit team, Deputy Director of Control at the General Administration of Yemen Gas Company, Engineer Ahmed Al-Afsi, confirmed that the campaign comes within the framework of preparations for the month of Ramadan, and a translation of the company's leadership's directives to achieve the stations' compliance with the company's instructions.
In turn, the deputy director of the company's branch in Dhamar, Engineer Nasreddin Al-Harouji and Engineer Mohammed Ali Qabel, pointed out that the expansion of opening model gas filling stations was an important step to secure citizens' needs for gas and eliminate the crises that citizens used to face.
They emphasized that the Yemeni Gas Company has been keen to provide adequate stocks of gas to meet the aspirations of citizens for long periods of time.
