The Lebanese Hezbollah has completed its preparations for the funeral ceremonies of its two martyred secretaries general, Leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashim Safieddine, under the slogan "We are on the covenant".
Linked to the internationalism of the personalities of the two martyred Sayyids Hassan Nasrallah and Hashim Safieddine, the Lebanese capital Beirut is attract today, Sunday, thousands of mourners who came from Lebanon and all over the world to pay tribute to two exceptional leaders who embodied the spirit of resistance and devoted their lives to resisting the forces of global oppression and facing the Zionist project in the region, until they obtained martyrdom on the road to Al-Quds in the historic battle with the Zionist enemy.
The world is awaiting a global popular and official spectacle from 79 countries, representing various Islamic and Christian denominations and at the level of political, party and intellectual representation, which reflects the global dimension of the resistance and the influence of Hezbollah in the international arena, and embodies the will of the free people to defend the land, sovereignty and dignity.
On the eve of the majestic funeral of the two secretaries general of Hezbollah, MP Hassan Fadlallah, a member of the "Loyalty of Resistance" bloc, confirmed that "preparations for the funeral of the two secretaries general of Hezbollah are almost complete," noting that "the measures taken are effective to ensure that the funeral takes place in an organized manner, regardless of weather conditions or attempts to intimidate from any party whatsoever."
"The funeral will be historic and unprecedented in Lebanon and the Arab region, in terms of the large public attendance, which will be charged with political passion and expression of position and commitment," he said in an interview on Radio Sputnik.
"Cooperation with the Lebanese security services, including the army and the Internal Security Forces, to ensure the success of the operation, and all details related to the funeral have been fully finalized to ensure that this historic day passes smoothly," he said.
"The funeral will carry a historic message and reflect the commitment to Sayyed Nasrallah's approach," Fadlallah said, noting that "there are many delegations coming from abroad" and that "the funeral will combine a popular and official political presence.
Fadlallah pointed out that "the page of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is not closed," and that "the party will continue to follow his approach and his commandments, especially since Hezbollah is a party with collective leadership, as people in the party have an influence and role, but it does not depend on the lives of these people, and this is what Sayyed Nasrallah himself drew."
"The funeral will be an exceptional event that the world will not forget, and we have reached the highest levels of readiness to receive the lovers of revolution, freedom and resistance and to manage this majestic crowd in a manner befitting the great sacrifices of the two secretaries general of Hezbollah," said Hussein Fadlallah, head of the organizing committee.
He added: "On behalf of the Supreme Committee for organizing the funeral of the master of the nation's martyrs and Sayyed Hashimi, we announce that we are at the highest level of readiness , and we promise to provide what befits the great sacrifices of the two general secretaries of Hezbollah."
On the other hand, more than 20,000 young men and boys from Hezbollah completed all organizational and logistical arrangements from all aspects to secure all means for the arrival of official delegations to the grand stage, and they deployed more than 420 screens to follow the proceedings of the ceremony and transport the bodies of the two masters from the sports city to the burial place in the southern suburbs, and it was learned that more than 400,000 citizens from Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat, parties and delegations from all countries of the world arrived in Beirut to participate in the solemn event.
In front of the features of the upcoming funeral, the world will witness a "flood of loyalty" through which the mourners will literally write the chapters of a new stage, the title of which is that loyalty exists and adherence to the doctrine of resistance, land and homes is extended, not stopping with the departure of a leader, and not defeated in the face of conspiracies.
In this sense, the funeral ceremony will carry with it a message of loyalty from the resistance forces in Palestine, Yemen, Iraq, Iran and the free world to the Lebanese resistance, which has paid the highest price in the battle to support Gaza since the beginning of "Al-Aqsa Flood" epic.
In this regard, Sheikh Ali Da'adoush, deputy chairman of Hezbollah's Executive Council, affirms that "the attendance at the funeral is a message of loyalty from the people of loyalty to this great international leader, and it is a confirmation that we are on the covenant, carrying his thought, spirit, principles and goals, and continuing on his path, as he spent his honorable life defending Lebanon, its sovereignty and national dignity, achieved victories, foiled the enemy's goals, carried the cause of Palestine and the nation's issues, and rose as a martyr on the path of Al-Quds, deservedly earning the title "Master of the Ummah's Martyrs".
Today, Sunday, the resistance public prove how loyalty to honorable leaders is, and how this funeral is inclusive of all sects and sects, whose members stand shoulder to shoulder to take the last look at the coffin of the one who led us from the era of defeats to the era of victories.
Iraqi writer and political analyst Diaa Abu Maarij al-Darraji spoke in line with this vision, saying, "The funeral of the immaculate body of Sayyid and his companion is not just a funeral or a procession around the cities, but a message and a resounding cry that the popular rally around the resistance forces was not a slogan, and that the masses, who were said to have abandoned them, have returned to them. This resistance, with its men, masters and martyrs, was not alone, as the enemies wanted to portray it, but rather an extension of a collective conscience, of a nation that did not raise the white flag and did not forget those who offered their lives as sacrifices on the altar of pride and dignity."
Commenting on the message of loyalty that the mourners carry, the Union Center for Lebanese Research and Development published a special report in which it emphasized that "the day of the funeral is not be a page turned, as some believe or imagine, but rather a decisive historical turning point in the issue of rebuilding the resistance. The historic funeral day is not only a station for emotional liquefaction and feelings, but a message first and foremost that these masses, which lost their leader, protector and back, will not die with his death, nor will they be broken or defeated, as their enemies dream, but rather they are guided by his blood, teachings and commandments to follow the path he walked on and emulate him."
The report continues, "It is natural that the day of the funeral of the nation's martyr is similar to the tenth day of Muharram, when the suffering masses come out to express grief, loyalty and the oath that they will remain on the covenant, as it is a day of small fulfillment for those whose presence was great, not only at the level of Lebanon and the Lebanese, but at the level of the world and all supporters of the option of liberation , resistance and opponents of the Zionist project."
According to writer and political analyst Jamil al-Husseini, the most important aspect of the funeral occasion is that the resistance people, who were loyal to their leader during his life, will prove their sincerity in staying on his path after his departure, and will strengthen the link to the project advocated by the party, its leaders, resistance fighters and martyrs, which is that they will continue in the march of resistance. The crowds send a very deep and important message to inside and outside, especially to Israel and America, that they are victorious despite the great loss through the martyrdom of leaders and sons, the destruction of villages , houses, and displacement, without paying attention to the cries of those who promote the state of defeat and the rhetoric of defeat to justify surrender.
