Capitals - Saba:
The Zionist enemy army continues its violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, which came into effect on January 19, through a series of military violations in addition to what relates to the humanitarian protocol and the entry of aid.
In a scene that reveals the Zionist enemy's manipulation of the calm paths, the Zionist violations have been repeated significantly during the past 24 hours, as the military equipment of the enemy army stationed in the buffer zone in the Palestinian city of Rafah suddenly opened fire towards the Palestinians.
Several areas inside the Gaza Strip also witnessed similar incidents, most notably the city of Rafah and Khan Yunis, in addition to the east of the city of Rafah, where continuous fire continued towards the vicinity of the Rafah land crossing and the airport area, as well as in other scattered areas of the Strip.
The Zionist enemy army also carried out operations to blow up residential buildings near the entrance to Al-Saqa Street in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood west of the city of Rafah.
Meanwhile, a Palestinian citizen was martyred on Wednesday by Israeli shelling east of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip. This comes hours after another Palestinian was martyred by enemy forces west of Rafah city. Palestinian sources reported that Muhammad Nafeth Hosni Abu Taha was martyred as a result of being shot by advancing enemy vehicles near the Saudi neighborhood west of Rafah city.
According to official statistics issued by the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, the death toll from the Zionist war of extermination since October 7, 2023 until today has risen to 48,222 martyrs, in addition to 111,674 wounded.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health revealed that 92 Palestinians were killed and 822 others were wounded by enemy army fire since the start of the truce, which confirms the continuation of the policies of killing and systematic targeting of civilians.
In addition to these military violations, there are also violations on the humanitarian side, as the Zionist enemy did not abide by the humanitarian protocol agreed upon in the terms of the ceasefire.
The Director General of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that the Zionist enemy "is delaying the implementation of the humanitarian protocol in the Gaza Strip."
The Director of Health said in an interview with Al Jazeera: "The occupation forces are delaying the implementation of the humanitarian protocol," and that "the occupation is still stubborn in bringing fuel into the Strip."
Within a broader context of Zionist violations, the government media office in Gaza confirmed, in a press conference about the enemy’s violations of the provisions of the humanitarian protocol and the delay in bringing humanitarian needs into the Gaza Strip, that “reality proves that the occupation does not leave an opportunity to evade its obligations to implement the agreement in general and the humanitarian aspect of it in particular.”
He explained that the tents that were brought in for shelter did not exceed ten percent of the tents, and no mobile home was brought in, and despite the clear text on bringing in 50 fuel trucks daily to operate hospitals and basic facilities, what actually arrived did not exceed 15 trucks daily, which caused the electricity crisis to worsen and paralyzed the work of hospitals and various service sectors.
In terms of the nature and type of aid, the media office confirmed that "most of it carries food parcels and secondary goods, at the expense of other needs, which means clear manipulation by the Zionist enemy of the needs and priorities of relief and shelter."
He noted that the enemy forces obstructed the entry of water tanks, electricity lines, water and sewage pipes, and other infrastructure restoration requirements.
He also noted the obstruction of the entry of medical devices and equipment, medical delegations and field hospitals, especially to the northern Gaza Strip, and the failure to adhere to the numbers of wounded and sick people allowed to travel for follow-up treatment, and the refusal of a large number of them to leave, and all of these procedures were agreed upon and included in the humanitarian protocol attached to the agreement, which the occupation signed with the guarantee of mediators.
In the developments of the Zionist violations, the Rafah City Municipality confirmed that the city is still suffering from continuous violations of the ceasefire by the Zionist enemy, which resulted in the martyrdom of more than 30 people and the injury of dozens since the beginning of the agreement.
In a statement today, the Rafah Municipality called for urgent international intervention to stop the violations carried out by the Zionist enemy in the city since the signing of the ceasefire agreement.
It expressed its deep dissatisfaction with the failure of the city's residents to benefit from the humanitarian aid and shelter supplies that were supposed to be provided under the ceasefire agreement.
The Rafah Municipality confirmed in its statement that the obstacles placed by the Zionist enemy forces prevent the arrival of this aid, which increases the suffering of citizens and delays reconstruction efforts.
