Researcher Lutf Mutahhar Abdullah Al-Shami obtained a master's degree with distinction from the Faculty of Education at Sana'a University, for his thesis entitled "Developing administrative performance in education offices in the capital Sana'a Secretariat in light of electronic administration".
The discussion and judging committee consisted of:
- **Dr. Ali Yahya Sharaf Al-Din** from Sana'a University (chairman and internal examiner).
- **Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Amri** from Hajjah University (external examiner).
- **Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sharjabi** (main supervisor) from Sana'a University.
