Ibb - Saba:
A meeting of the Security Committee, sheikhs, and dignitaries in Ibb province, led by Governor Abdulwahid Salah, convened on Monday to discuss security performance and efforts to strengthen security and stability in the region.
The meeting, attended by Shura Council member Nabil al-Hubaishi, Brigadier General Majid al-Ayani and Brigadier General Hamid al-Razihi, focused on enhancing public tranquility and preventing threats to the governorate's security. Participants also discussed the security situation in Al-Nadirah District and outlined appropriate measures.
Governor Salah emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in safeguarding national achievements and supporting institutions in serving citizens. He stressed the need to prioritize the public interest and prevent subversive elements from exploiting the current situation.
The governor highlighted the local leadership's priorities, which include strengthening unity, confronting aggression, establishing justice and equality, and promoting construction and development. He affirmed the principle of equality before the law and underscored the importance of maintaining security and stability as the foundation for nation-building.
Attendees expressed appreciation for the local authority's efforts to resolve societal issues through legal and satisfactory means. They pledged to stand united against any attempts to destabilize security, divide unity, or incite discord within the governorate.
