Hamas published a statement that included a list of the most prominent violations of the Zionist enemy of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which entered into force on January 19 and the first phase of which ended last Saturday.
The movement's statement Monday reviewed the occupation's field and political violations of the agreement, and said that "Netanyahu seeks, after the end of the first phase, to resume the aggression on Gaza in light of the declared American support for Tel Aviv."
It pointed out that "the behavior of the occupation forces during the first phase proves that Netanyahu's government was interested in the collapse of the ceasefire agreement and sought to do so."
It added that "Netanyahu's recent decisions to adopt the proposal of the American envoy Stephen Witkoff to extend the first phase come in this context, and it is a blatant attempt to evade the agreement."
The statement stressed that "Hamas is committed, in return, to implementing all the terms of the agreement related to it accurately and on the specified dates."
It called on the international community to "pressure the occupation to return to the agreement and move to the second phase of it, and to urge the mediators to prevent Netanyahu from "Sabotaging the agreement, and pressuring it to open the crossings and allow the flow of humanitarian aid."
