German airline Lufthansa announced on Thursday, that its net profits declined during the last fiscal year to 1.4 billion euros, compared to 1.7 billion euros in the previous year.
The airline's operating profits after calculating taxes and interest also amounted to 1.6 billion euros, compared to 2.7 billion euros in the previous year.
Lufthansa's revenues increased last year by six percent annually to 37.6 billion euros, while the number of its passengers increased by seven percent to more than 130 million passengers.
