Gaza - Saba:
This morning, Thursday, the 34th batch of Palestinian patients and wounded left the Gaza Strip, through the Rafah land crossing in the southern part of the Strip.
Local Palestinian sources reported to the Palestine Today Agency that the 34th batch of patients and wounded left the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing, to receive treatment abroad.
The travel of patients and wounded outside the Strip comes in implementation of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect since January 19.
The Gaza Strip is suffering from a severe humanitarian crisis as a result of the genocidal war waged by "Israel" for 15 months since October 7, 2023, targeting hospitals and medical staff and preventing the entry of medical equipment, supplies and medicines.
The ceasefire in the Gaza Strip came into effect on January 19, and its first phase will last for 42 days, during which negotiations will take place to begin a second and then a third phase, mediated by Egypt, Qatar, and the United States.
