Resistance after Israeli escalation: Rejection of disarmament, raising readiness

Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" responded to the statements of the "Israeli" occupation foreign minister regarding linking the second phase of the ceasefire to the disarmament of the resistance, stressing that the resistance's weapons are a red line and that any discussion about disarmament is unacceptable, indicating the extent to which the resistance senses its responsibilities and its good and conscious reading of the current moment.

In a direct response to the occupation's demands for complete disarmament of the Gaza Strip as a condition for moving to the second phase of the truce agreement, the leader of the "Hamas" movement, Sami Abu Zuhri, stressed in a statement that "the resistance's weapons are a red line."

Abu Zuhri stressed that "all talk about the resistance's weapons is nonsense," emphasizing that "the resistance's weapons are a red line for Hamas and all resistance factions, and are not subject to bargaining or negotiation."

He added that "any talk about deporting the resistance fighters or our people from their land is categorically rejected."

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem had confirmed in a recent statement that the movement rejected the occupation's condition to disarm or leave the Strip, describing it as "ridiculous psychological warfare," stressing that "any arrangements for the future of the Gaza Strip will be through national consensus."

Yesterday, Tuesday, the "Israeli" enemy entity called, through its Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, for "complete disarmament" of the Gaza Strip and the resignation of Hamas as a condition for moving to the second phase of the ceasefire agreement.

Sa'ar explained, in a statement to Agence France-Presse, that "there is no agreement yet regarding the second phase," noting that "Israel demands the exit of Hamas and its allies in Islamic Jihad, in addition to the return of Israeli prisoners."

Sa'ar's positions come while media outlets said Israeli media reported yesterday that Israel will return to fighting within 10 days if Hamas does not continue to release its prisoners.

These reports come at a time when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that his government is preparing for the next stages of the war.

Israeli Channel 12 also said yesterday that "the southern command in the army has issued instructions to soldiers to prepare for the possibility of resuming the war."

As Netanyahu continues to chase his crimes and move forward in destroying what remains of the Strip, by announcing the suspension of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and threatening to return to the aggression of extermination, the Palestinian resistance factions raised the level of readiness among their fighters in preparation for all scenarios.

In a position that reflects their readiness to resume heroic operations against the Zionist enemy army that has penetrated Gaza, the joint room of the Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza agreed to raise the level of readiness among the fighters in preparation for all scenarios in the coming hours.

Al-Araby Al-Jadeed newspaper quoted a leader in the Palestinian resistance as saying that the joint room of the resistance factions in the Gaza Strip agreed to raise the level of readiness among the fighters, in preparation for all scenarios in the coming hours after the attempts of the head of the occupation government to overthrow the ceasefire agreement.

He revealed that instructions were issued to the groups tasked with securing the "Israeli" prisoners to tighten procedures and return to the instructions previously in effect, before the first phase of the agreement entered into force on January 19.

The leader confirmed that the new instructions to the groups securing the prisoners canceled all the facilities that began to be implemented at the beginning of the first phase.

The leader explained that after the decision of the head of the occupation government to prevent the entry of aid trucks and close the crossings, and bomb several sites in the Strip, a group of injured "Israeli" prisoners were transferred to secure tunnels after they were receiving medical care in more equipped places, adding that it is not possible to risk keeping them in exposed places.

According to analysts, it seems clear that the enemy's "Israeli" demands to disarm the resistance are not a far-fetched move, since the head of the Palestinian resistance is needed at this stage more than at any previous stage, and that what happened before the "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle should never return and should not be repeated again. According to analysts, Hamas's responses confirm its unwillingness to accept conditions that may weaken its military and political power, that the constants are preserved, the rifle is protected, the resistance weapon is sacred, and that what the Zionist enemy failed to achieve through war, it will not achieve through any other means.
