The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas said today, Monday, that Netanyahu is obstructing the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza for purely personal and partisan reasons, and the last thing he cares about is the release of the Zionist prisoners and the feelings of their families.
The movement added in a statement its full commitment to the ceasefire agreement, stressing that what was agreed upon has been implemented, and we are ready to immediately begin negotiations for the second phase.
The statement indicated that the enemy continues to overturn the agreement and refuses to start the second phase, which reveals its intentions to evade and procrastinate.
The movement explained that the agreement was sponsored by mediators and witnessed by the world, which requires obligating the enemy to implement it as it is the only path to recovering the Zionist prisoners.
The statement read: We reject attempts to pressure Hamas, while the enemy is left without accountability despite its evasion of its obligations.
It stated that the language of blackmail and threats of war will not work, and there is no way but negotiations and commitment to the agreement, and otherwise it is tampering with the fate of the Zionist prisoners.
The movement's statement concluded that the enemy's continued procrastination and deception will not give it cover to evade, but will increase its isolation and expose the falsity of its narrative before the world.
