Hodeida - Saba:
A Ramadan evening was held in al-Husayniyah area in Bait al-Faqih district in Hodeida province on Tuesday to commemorate the Battle of Badr, drawing parallels between the historic victory and Yemen's current struggle against "global arrogance."
Officials, including a member of parliament and local leaders, emphasized the Battle of Badr's significance as a source of inspiration for steadfastness and perseverance. They asserted that Yemen is currently engaged in a similar battle against "American and British aggression," echoing the "jihad" of early Muslims.
Speakers highlighted the importance of learning from the Battle of Badr to confront contemporary challenges, reaffirming Yemen's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and its determination to resist "Zionist aggression."
Tribal leaders, particularly from al-Zaraniq tribes, pledged their readiness to confront any escalation, emphasizing Yemen's historical resistance to invading forces.
Mobilization officials stressed that confronting "American and British aggression" is a collective responsibility, vowing that attacks on civilians and infrastructure would only strengthen the Yemeni people's resolve to achieve victory.
