The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, affirmed that the Israeli occupation continues its brutal aggression against the Gaza Strip, targeting innocent civilians and humanitarian workers, in a dangerous escalation of its war of extermination against the Palestinian people, amid suspicious international silence.
The movement explained in a statement on Wednesday that its latest heinous crime was the targeting of a headquarters in Deir al-Balah used by foreign workers in UN agencies, resulting in the death of one international employee and the injury of five others.
It considered this crime not only a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, but also part of the occupation's systematic policy of targeting civilians and humanitarian and relief workers.
