Thousands of Palestinian worshippers performed, on Thursday evening, Isha and Taraweeh prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, on the twentieth day of Ramadan, despite the tight military measures imposed by the Zionist enemy authorities.
According to the Department of Islamic Endowments in Al-Quds, thousands of worshippers performed Isha and Taraweeh prayers on the twentieth day of Ramadan in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The director of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Omar Al-Kiswani, announced this evening that the i'tikaf in Al-Aqsa Mosque will start from tonight, until the end of Ramadan.
It is noteworthy that the Zionist enemy police closed today the Mughrabi Gate in Al-Aqsa Mosque for settlers to storm its courtyards, on the twentieth day of Ramadan.
Social media has been abuzz with calls for Muslims to intensify their presence in Al-Aqsa Mosque, especially in the last days of Ramadan, and to perform worship, i'tikaf, and recite the Holy Qur'an.
