Sana'a - Saba:
Sana'a province held a major event on Wednesday, commemorating both National Steadfastness Day and International al-Quds Day.
The event, organized by the local authority and Mobilization Forces, emphasized support for the leadership's decisions, declared readiness for continued mobilization, and reaffirmed solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
Governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi highlighted the significance of the two occasions, emphasizing the shared suffering of the Yemeni and Palestinian people in the face of "US-Israeli" aggression and their proxies.
Al-Hadi praised the "Quranic project" and the steadfastness of the Yemeni people under the leadership of Abdulmalik al-Houthi.
Province first undersecretary Hamid Asim recounted the sacrifices made by the Yemeni people over the past decade, including the loss of tens of thousands of martyrs and the destruction of infrastructure.
He asserted that the "US, Saudi, and Emirati aggression" had failed to weaken the Yemeni resolve and vowed that the US aggression against Yemen for its pro-Palestinian stance would also fail. He called for mass participation in the upcoming al-Quds Day events.
Scholars Taha al-Hadhri and Khaled Musa stressed the importance of commemorating both days to highlight the "crimes committed by Zionist Jews" and to strengthen Yemeni steadfastness.
The scholars called for unity and solidarity, urging the people to rally around the "Holy Book" and follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad.
They emphasized the responsibility of the Arab and Islamic world to protect Islamic holy sites, particularly al-Aqsa Mosque, and to direct their hostility towards Israeli enemy.
