Sana’a – SABA:
The Southern Movement Component affirmed that National Resilience Day (March 26) represents a historic milestone in the journey of the triumph of the Yemeni Republic, and a testament to the resilience of the Yemeni people, their leadership, and the sacrifices of their martyrs in the face of aggression and siege.
The statement noted that the Yemenis' resilience for ten years against the terrorist coalition led by the U.S. and Israel reflects an indomitable will, serving as a lesson for nations and generations. It also expressed pride in the achievements and victories accomplished under the leadership of Sayyid. Abdul Malik Badreddin al-Houthi and President Mahdi al-Mashat, and through the sacrifices of the armed forces and the Yemeni people.
It emphasized that Yemen emerged from the aggression stronger and more steadfast, now ready to lead the Battle of Al-Furqan in defense of the Ummah (Islamic nation), stressing the interconnection between the resilience of Yemenis and the resistance in Gaza against American and Zionist hegemony.
The statement also renewed absolute loyalty and authorization to Sayyid. Abdul Malik al-Houthi to take any measures to defend the homeland, asserting that the decision is no longer in the hands of Washington, but rather lies today in Sana'a, which is imposing major regional and global equations.
The statement condemned American and Zionist crimes in Yemen, Palestine, Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, while praising Yemen's advanced military operations against Israel and the U.S. in support of Gaza and response to aggression. It affirmed that the American escalation against Yemen is an extension of the aggression on Gaza, in a failed attempt to isolate it and deter Yemen from its honorable stances.
