The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said on Saturday that 51% of the population of the Gaza Strip are children, making up the largest proportion of victims of the Israeli bombing of the Strip.

UNRWA reported that 100 children have been killed and injured every day in Gaza since the resumption of the war on March 18.
