The Government Media Office in Gaza said that the Israeli enemy continues to commit heinous massacres against unarmed civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially children, who have become the primary target of its aggressive airstrikes.
The government media added in a statement on Sunday that in the past 20 days alone, the Israeli enemy has committed a shocking crime of genocide against children, with 490 children killed in a series of barbaric attacks, bringing the death toll from the aggression during this period to 1,350.
It continued: "We are facing a bitter reality, in which entire families are being wiped out, children are being buried under the rubble of homes, and a new dark history is being written in the annals of crimes that will not be forgotten. The numbers alone are sufficient to confirm the existence of a systematic and deliberate policy of killing Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip at the hands of the Israeli enemy army, and not merely collateral damage, as the enemy claims to justify its crimes before the world."
The media condemned the occupation's systematic crimes against children and civilians among our Palestinian people throughout the course of the genocidal war, calling on the international community, all international, human rights, and humanitarian organizations, and all countries of the world to condemn this brutal crime.
We hold the "Israeli" enemy, the US administration, and countries participating in the genocide, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, fully responsible for the continued genocidal massacres against children in the Gaza Strip. Their participation is a stain on their history.
The government media called on the international community, human rights organizations, and international courts to take immediate and urgent action to stop the bloodshed and open serious investigations into the crime of targeting children and civilians.
