Sana’a – Saba:
The Local Council and General Mobilization Office in al-Safia district in the capital Sana'a convened an expanded evaluation meeting on Wednesday to assess and enhance the progress of summer activities and educational courses, under the guiding slogan: "Our Children... A Trust in Our Necks.”
During the meeting, Khaled al-Madani, First Capital Sana'a Undersecretary Deputy underscored the significance of moral and spiritual responsibility in guiding and safeguarding the youth.
Al-Madani warned against the dangers of “soft war” campaigns aimed at undermining cultural and ethical values, stressing the need for cohesive efforts from both community members and officials to counter these threats and foster a value-based upbringing.
Al-Madani also called on parents to actively involve their children in summer programs to help develop their skills, expand their knowledge, and nurture their talents in a safe, culturally aligned environment.
The gathering brought together key district leaders, including Mobilization Officer Abdullah al-Maafa, members of the summer courses executive committee, support and community committees, and summer school administrators.
They reviewed performance metrics from the first week of the summer program, evaluated outreach efforts, and discussed the implementation of extracurricular and educational initiatives.
Participants emphasized collaborative strategies to improve student engagement, enhance support mechanisms, and ensure the overall success of summer courses. The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment from all involved parties to work collectively in accordance with the district’s general educational framework
