London - Saba:
Manchester City defeated Everton 2-0 on Saturday in the 33rd round of the English Premier League.

At Goodison Park, City snatched the points with two late goals, taking the lead in the 84th minute after a cross from teammate Mateus Nunez.

After some great teamwork, Ilkay Gundogan set up Mateo Kovacic to shoot straight into the net, and the Croatian international scored the second goal for the visitors in the second minute of stoppage time.

Manchester City raised their tally to 58 points to move up to fourth place temporarily, just one point ahead of fifth-place Nottingham Forest, and four points ahead of sixth-place Chelsea.

Everton, meanwhile, are now frozen on 38 points in thirteenth place.
