Hodeida - Saba:

A solemn funeral ceremony was held on Sunday in Hodeida province for several of the 80 port employees and truck drivers martyred in the recent US aggression's massacre at Ras Isa Port, which also left 150 others injured.

The funeral procession commenced from al-Rida Mosque in Hodeida city, drawing a large public turnout and official representation led by Governor Abdullah Atifi and other high-ranking local officials and leaders from the oil and ports sectors. Prayers were held for the deceased before their burial in the Martyrs' Cemetery and their respective hometowns.

Mourners strongly condemned the US targeting of a vital civilian service facility like Ras Isa Port as a clear war crime and a blatant violation of international and humanitarian laws, holding the US administration fully responsible for the bloodshed.

They emphasized that the martyrs' sacrifice would not be in vain and would ultimately lead to victory. The mourners affirmed the Yemeni people's unwavering resolve to continue their steadfastness and resistance until complete victory is achieved.

The mourners renewed their mandate to the "leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi," urging him to take decisive action and expand military operations against the "forces of aggression," targeting American and Israeli interests in the Red Sea and beyond.

Prior to the funeral, an angry protest took place on Mina Street, attended by the Governor and other officials, as well as leaders from the Oil and Ports Company. Participants declared a state of general mobilization and readiness for the battle of "the promised conquest and holy jihad," pledging unity behind the revolutionary and political leadership.

Protesters chanted slogans denouncing the "American aggression" and asserting that the port attack constitutes a declaration of war against the Yemeni people, exposing the "criminal American project" against free nations.

A statement read at the vigil condemned the "heinous crime" targeting a civilian facility, emphasizing that every drop of blood shed at Ras Isa Port would be met with more targeted operations against the "American enemy" and deep within the "Zionist entity." The statement affirmed that the Yemeni people would not back down from the battle, regardless of the sacrifices.

The statement highlighted the "enemy's" alleged moral and political bankruptcy and the dangerous escalation against civilian infrastructure. It also condemned the continued international silence as direct complicity in the "crime."

The protesters disavowed all "mercenaries and traitors" who attempted to justify the aggression's actions and called for broad mobilization across all fronts, including media and political spheres, rejecting any form of external control.

Vigil participants urged all "free people" domestically and internationally to unite against "American and Israeli arrogance" and to rally behind their leadership.

They asserted that the blood of the martyrs in Hodeida and across all provinces would not be wasted but would ultimately lead to victory, strengthening internal unity and cohesion to confront future escalations and expand the scope of response against enemy targets.

The people of Hodeida reiterated their unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their commitment to continuing the "nation's battle" against the "American-Zionist project," affirming Hodeida's role as the "guardian of the Red Sea" and its people's readiness at the forefront of the resistance.

They renewed their pledge to their leadership to continue on the path of the martyrs until complete victory is achieved for Yemen and the "free people of the nation."
