Israeli occupation forces launched a wide-scale campaign of raids and arrests across the West Bank at dawn on Wednesday, focusing on the towns of Kobar, northwest of Ramallah, and Silwad, northeast of Ramallah.
Palestinian media reported that Israeli occupation forces arrested 16 Palestinian citizens during their raid on the village of Kobar, north of Ramallah, including freed prisoner Hanan Barghouti and Asef Barghouti.

Israeli forces raided the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, and raided the home of former prisoner Bashar Fares Nasasra. They arrested his son, Laith (24 years old), and arrested an 18-year-old Palestinian man after raiding and searching his family's home and ransacking its contents.

They raided a large number of them and detained dozens of citizens in a family's diwan, after smashing its gate and converting it into a field investigation center.
These forces also stormed the Adh Dhahiriya Municipality's emergency center, assaulting medical staff and patients inside, and destroying some of its contents.
