Enemy media reported the killing of a Zionist soldier on Thursday afternoon, with at least seven others injured in initial clashes between Palestinian resistance fighters and enemy forces north of Gaza Strip.
Enemy news sites reported that the security incident in northern Gaza involved sniper operations and the firing of an anti-tank missile at a Zionist force.
The sources added that the Israeli air force intensified its bombardment of northern Gaza in an attempt to evacuate the wounded soldiers.
Zionist helicopters evacuated the injured from the area following the resistance ambush.
Meanwhile, the enemy army carried out artillery shell on the towns of Beit Hanoun and Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, accompanied by reconnaissance aircraft overflights.
