The Supreme Judicial Council mourned Judge Mohammed Yahya Mohammed Dhala, judge of the Zabid Primary Court in Al-Hideida province, who passed away in a traffic accident while on his way to work at the age of 35.
In a statement of condolence, the Council praised the late judge’s virtues and dedication to serving justice, describing him as a model of commitment and diligence. The Council noted that his untimely demise is a great loss to the judiciary.
The Chairman and members of the Supreme Judicial Council expressed their deepest condolences to the sons, brothers, and family of the deceased, as well as to all members of the judiciary, praying to Almighty Allah to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, grant him Paradise, provide his family , loved ones with patience and solace.
"Indeed, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return."
