London - Saba:
Italian Jannik Sinner reached the Wimbledon final, the third Grand Slam tennis tournament, after defeating veteran Serbian Novak Djokovic, the seven-time defending champion, in the semifinals on Friday.
The Italian reached his fourth consecutive Grand Slam final, and his first ever at Wimbledon, and will face Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz.
Alcaraz, the world number two, defeated Taylor Fritz 6-4, 5-7, 6-3, 7-6(3) earlier in the day, leaving him one victory away from a third consecutive Wimbledon title.
The match between Sinner, 23, and Alcaraz, 22, will be a rematch of the epic French Open final held four weeks ago, where the Italian suffered a painful defeat after squandering three match points.
