Sana'a – SABA:
The districts of Sanhan and Bani Bahlul in Sana'a Governorate witnessed a speech event commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zaid bin Ali (peace be upon him), organized by the local authority and the General Mobilization as part of the fifth phase of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" campaign.
During the event, Muhammad Al-Hakmi, a member of the Yemeni Scholars Association, spoke about the virtues of Imam Zaid, emphasizing his conscious and insightful movement against injustice and his call to return to the Quran. He highlighted the Imam's commitment to unity of the Muslim Ummah, drawing parallels with the stance of the Yemeni people today, who remain loyal to the Ahl al-Bayt (the Prophet's household).
Activist Muhammad Al-Dawla noted that the anniversary serves as an important occasion to draw inspiration from Imam Zaid’s jihadist spirit and urged adherence to his methodology in confronting intellectual and cultural deviations within the Islamic nation.
The event was attended by local officials and community figures and featured a poem recited by poet Ali Haydara.
