The Russian military announced that units from the "West" and "East" groups of the Russian armed forces destroyed 77 Ukrainian armed forces drone control points.
Sputnik quoted Leonid Sharov, spokesman for the Russian "West" group, as saying: "56 drone control points were discovered and destroyed."
He noted that the military also destroyed 27 drones.
For his part, Alexander Gordeev, head of the press center for the "East" group, explained that 21 drone control points were destroyed in its area of responsibility.
According to the latest data from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the "West" group neutralized more than 230 enemy soldiers in a single day in the areas of Turskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic and Kupyansk in the Kharkiv Oblast.
In addition, the "East" group targeted Ukrainian armed forces in several areas of the Donetsk People's Republic and in the Zaporizhzhia region. Ukrainian forces suffered losses of up to 215 soldiers.
