Jordan - Saba: Israeli settlers opened fire at a Palestinian citizen while he was grazing his cows near his tents in the northern Jordan Valley.

The Palestinian News Agency, WAFA, quoted citizen Kinan Fuqaha as saying, "A number of Israeli settlers got out of three vehicles and opened fire at him while he was grazing his cows near his tents in Khallet al-Hamma in the northern Jordan Valley."
