SANA'A August 26. 2023 (Saba)-His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today at the Presidency House, the two Deputy Prime Ministers for Economic Affairs - Minister of Finance Dr. Rashid Abu Lahoum, and Ministers of Services and Development Affairs Dr. Hussein Maqbouli and Ministers of Local Administration Ali Al-Qaisi and Minister of Electricity and Energy Dr. Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti.
During the meeting, which was attended by the Executive Director of the Rural Electricity Authority, Eng. Nabil Muharram, and the coordinator of the joint committee between the Ministries of Finance and Electricity, Kamal Khaled, they discussed how to make the most of rural electricity materials and equipment.
In the meeting, the President directed Rural Electricity to make maximum use of the authority’s materials in implementing projects for the various directorates and the most disadvantaged areas.
And he emphasized the speedy inventory of all the materials and tools that the authority possesses and start making optimal use of them to implement the rural electricity projects network to the districts and isolation.
President Al-Mashat directed the concerned and relevant authorities to cooperate with the Ministry of Electricity in providing services to citizens in various provinces and directorates.
