GAZA June 27. 2024 (Saba) - Several Palestinian civilians, predominantly children and women, were killed Thursday morning and others injured in ongoing Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, now entering its 265th day of aggression.

Medical sources confirmed that six civilians were killed and numerous others wounded when Israeli forces bombed a group of civilians in the al-Alami area of Jabalia camp in northern Gaza. Ambulance crews retrieved another casualty from a strike on a house belonging to the Wadi family in Beit Lahia.

In Gaza City's al-Sabra neighborhood, enemy warplanes targeted four houses, killed at least two individuals and several injuries. Rescue operations are ongoing to locate others possibly trapped under the rubble.

In Khan Yunis, southern Gaza, casualties, including children and women, were reported after Israeli airstrikes hit Al-Khansa’ School, where displaced people from Abasan al-Kabira reside.

Additionally, an Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to al-Wahidi family on al-Maghrabi Street in Gaza City resulted in further casualties.

Israeli artillery also targeted residential neighborhoods in Gaza City, including al-Zaytoun, Tal al-Hawa, and Sheikh Ajlin, where smoke was seen rising from the impact zones.

Intense shelling was reported near Wadi Gaza Bridge, north of Nuseirat camp in central Gaza.

Further south, Occupation forces continued to demolish residential buildings west of Rafah, with plumes of smoke visible in the area.
