GAZA July 4. 2024 (Saba) - The World Food Program warned, on Thursday, that two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which is being subjected to a devastating Zionist aggression, are suffering from food insecurity.
According to the Palestine Online website, the UN program expressed in a statement on the Iksh platform its "concern" over the reduction in the volume of aid operations to Gaza due to "the ongoing conflict obstructing access to the Kerem Shalom crossing."
The UN program said: "Two million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are suffering from food insecurity."
This comes in light of the loss of some medicines that contribute to the treatment of widespread skin and intestinal diseases, as the Ministry of Health says that 70 percent of medicines are missing and specialized treatments are almost running out of its stores.
The Zionist enemy forces continue their war on the Gaza Strip despite a decision by the UN Security Council to stop it immediately, and orders from the International Court of Justice to end the invasion of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
