SANA'A August 18. 2024 (Saba) - Sana'a on Sunday saw handover between Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Ayash Qahim and former Minister of Public Works Ghaleb Mutlaq.
During the handover in the presence of the ministry's leaders, the Minister of Transport and Public Works explained that former Minister Mutlaq is one of the struggling figures who played major roles in steadfastness and thwarting the aggression's plans.
He stressed that everyone is working within the framework of a Quranic project in order to serve the steadfast Yemeni people and alleviate their suffering after more than nine years of aggression and siege.
Meanwhile, the former Minister of Public Works thanked all the leaders and cadres of the ministry who worked side by side over the past years and persevered in their work despite the difficult circumstances and scarcity of resources.
He expressed his wishes for the new minister to succeed in carrying out his duties, stressing the importance of everyone being keen to cooperate and redouble efforts in supporting the leadership of the new ministry in the interest of the nation.
After that, Minister Qahim honored the former Minister of Public Works in appreciation and recognition of his sincere efforts in serving the nation.
