Niamey - Saba:
Niger has signed a deal with Russia to buy 3 satellites, local media said on Monday, so as to guard its and its neighbors' security amid repeated attacks on the African country.
The Russian "Glafcosmos" company accepted to lease similar satellites for Niger until Russia finishes the man-made moons production that could take 4 years, the media added.
