The Undersecretary of Sana'a Governorate for Technical Affairs, Eng. Saleh Al-Muntaser, today launched the completion of the asphalt paving of Street 24 in Al-Sawad area in the New Sana'a Directorate with the support and funding of the local authority.
The Undersecretary Al-Muntaser listened from the Director of the Executive Unit for Projects in the Governorate, Eng. Sami Al-Turabi, to an explanation of the project being implemented by the Executive Unit in the Governorate at a cost of 43 million and 858 thousand riyals, starting from the end of the previously implemented asphalt and ending with the Thunder Roundabout with a length of 220 meters and a width of 24 meters, and the most prominent works being implemented.
He explained that the work is proceeding according to the technical standards and specifications, and the time period for implementing the project approved in the tender booklet.
During the visit, the Undersecretary Al-Muntaser stressed the importance of implementing service projects, which contribute to improving the aesthetic appearance of the governorate, and raising the level of implementation of road projects, which contributes to preserving means of transportation, and reducing traffic congestion.
He stressed the need to implement the project according to the prepared studies, and adhere to the asphalt specifications and technically approved quantities, and the specified time period.
