Media relations Official in the Lebanese Hezbollah Mohammed Afif has confirmed that the resistance still has a large arsenal of weapons and missiles, and that the army of the Zionist enemy has so far been unable to occupy any Lebanese village despite the passage of more than 50 days after the aggression.
In a speech on the occasion of Hezbollah's martyr's day on Monday, Afif refuted Zionist claims that Hezbollah's stock of missiles has decreased significantly.
He pointed out that the bombing of the resistance to the suburbs of "Tel Aviv", Haifa, the Golan Heights and the depth of the Zionist entity proves the opposite.
He also stressed that the Hezbollah fighters on the front lines have enough weapons and equipment to fight a long war on all fronts.
With regard to talking about political negotiations or political movement, Afif explained that the real and only reason behind this will be the battlefield and the steadfastness of the Resistance fighters in it, "meaning that the political movement and negotiations, if they happen, will be the result of what is happening on the ground of the military confrontation and not the other way around".
Afif stressed that the Zionist enemy army has not yet been able to extend its control over any Lebanese village despite its continuous attempts, and is unable to advance on the ground because of the fierce resistance it faces.
He pointed out that the Zionist enemy army failed to establish new camps inside Lebanese territory as it had previously done.
Regarding the party's relationship with the Lebanese army, Afif stressed its durability, considering that both the resistance and the Army play their role in protecting Lebanon in its own way and potential. He stressed the impossibility of separating this relationship despite attempts by some to sow discord between them.
Referring to what he described as the questioning campaigns against the resistance, the Hezbollah media relations official stressed that the party is aware of the extent of the destruction and suffering suffered by the Lebanese people, but confirms that people stand behind the Mujahideen/ fighters until victory is achieved, and he saw that the steadfastness of the Resistance heroes on the ground is the main engine of any political movement looking for a solution to the crisis.
Afif praised the sacrifices of the resistance martyrs, stressing that the axis of resistance is moving towards achieving a historic victory despite the scale of losses and sacrifices.
He reiterated that"the heroic deeds of the mujahideen in the face of the Zionist War Machine will change the political equations in the region and will determine the fate of Lebanon and the Middle East as a whole in the coming stage".
"The answer to the claims of a number of Zionist officials that Hezbollah's missile stockpile has decreased to about 20 percent of our actual capabilities is clear on the ground, when last week rockets hit the suburbs of Tel Aviv and Haifa, centers and camps were bombed for the first time in the Golan and Haifa, and the use of al-Fateh 110 rocket, and we have more, with the appropriate management decided by the Resistance Leadership, "Afif said.
Afif reiterated that the Resisters, especially on the front lines, have "enough weapons, equipment and supplies for a long war for which we are preparing at all levels".
Regarding the announcement of the occupation to expand its operation, Afif pointed out that"the aggression is already extensive, and the occupation has not set specific goals for its war so as not to repeat its mistake in the July war"
He stressed that "the enemy does not set final goals and high ceilings in advance because of the strength of the resistance in Lebanon and the difficulty of confronting it".
Regarding the international contacts currently underway for the ceasefire, he pointed out that "there are international contacts that we have heard about in the media, but Lebanon has not received any specific proposals.. So far, Lebanon has not received anything new, and we are still at the stage of palpating the pulse, and what we hear is limited to the media and the press,"he said.
"There is an escalating political climate and great movement between Moscow, Washington, Tehran and other capitals with the arrival of Trump to the presidency,"he pointed out.
He pointed to the crucial elements on the ground, represented by "the will of the martyred Karbala Husseinis who are determined to die in defense of their homeland and their people, and enough time before their tanks sink with the advent of winter in the mud of Lebanon, and the land that we know and know, which gives us freedom of maneuver and movement; either we live on it dear ones, or we die martyrs without it".
He addressed the Zionist entity by saying: "you will never win your war by air superiority, nor by destroying and killing civilian women and children, and as long as you are unable to advance on the ground and effectively control, you will never achieve your political goals, and the population of the North will never return to the North .. With more cracks in your internal front, the countdown will begin, and there will be a major turning point, and then you will confirm once again the truth of what our supreme master said, that Israel is weakened from the Spider's web,"he said.
As for the Resisters, he addressed them by saying: "to the mujahideen and Resisters, I am very distressed, the actual facts of the field are in your hands, and they will have the final say in politics and decision, and in the light of your fighting and steadfastness, the fate of your resistance, your homeland, and perhaps the fate of the entire Middle East will be determined".
He spoke about questioning the essence and intentions of the Resistance, its capabilities and its pure national belonging to its country and people.
He pointed out that" the chorus has returned to work, to doubt, to sow poison, to spread rumors and to hit morale in full harmony with the Zionist propaganda machine, " because the resistance regained the initiative in the field, and because the enemy was unable to advance on the ground, with the stabilization of the organizational situation, the election of His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qasem as secretary general, and to fill vacancies in leadership positions due to the martyrdom of a number of leaders.
Afif stressed that the resistance originated on the Lebanese land occupied by the Zionist enemy, and he said: "Our leadership is Lebanese, and our resisters are very Lebanese, we are not a faction of anyone, we do not confer on anyone's orders, we do not receive instructions from anyone to defend our country or support an oppressed people, and our relationship with the Islamic Republic and its support for our resistance is purer than to be touched by your bad tongues, but you are used to receiving forbidden money and belonging to the arms of embassies".
He addressed them by saying: "You know that the aggression against Lebanon began in 1936 in the Houla massacre, did Hezbollah exist then?" Should we go back to history a lot Until 1947 and 1948, in 1974 and 1978, and until 1982, when his tanks entered the capital Beirut to confirm that aggression, occupation and expansionist intentions are at the core of the Israeli military doctrine. If you ever hear about political negotiations for a ceasefire, know that the only reason for it is the field and the steadfastness of the Resistance heroes on the ground,"he said.
Afif addressed them by saying: "I understand that you are our political opponents for a long time, we respect the right to disagree, and I understand that some of you hold Hezbollah responsible for the war, and this is what you say publicly, but break our eyes once by condemning the Israeli aggression on Lebanon.. Or condemn the killing of civilian women and children.. Or condemn the destruction of villages and genocide, condemn the bombing of municipalities and the murder of Mayors, condemn the destruction of the historic Nabataean market, the ancient markets of tyre, or a meeting in Bristol is nothing more".
He added: "the international community and international law have sent a letter to the United Nations at least complaining about the killings, massacres and destruction of houses. Don't you dare, (you get upset) be offended by you, and then if we talk about you and confront you with the truth (you get angry), some sent me messages that at your press conference you are betraying us. Wonder if the dead man is satisfied and the murderer is not satisfied".
Afif spoke about the concepts of victory and defeat at this stage. He pointed out that" Hezbollah's concept of victory and defeat is the concept of any resistance movement in history, that is, preventing the enemy from achieving its political and military goals, but non-resistance is complete defeat and humiliating surrender, and this was not and will not be".
He said:"We know that the cost is high and the price is great, and we do not ignore this, and we have no denying the reality, but we know what patience, endurance, determination and prayers are in the breasts of the Sons of our nation and our people for its sons and the hearts of its Livers who are on the fronts, and victory is patience for an hour".
Afif praised the demonstrations condemning the occupation, which took place in Amsterdam, in response to the Zionist provocations. He pointed out that governments stand for the suppression of freedoms and not to touch what is Zionist, and perhaps there will be an international solidarity to prevent the condemnation of "Israel" popularly, as is the case politically, but despite this, the message of the demonstrators in the Netherlands, as in the world before, that Israel is isolated because the world is only a human being with a heart and feelings and not a stone and clay".
