The Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced that its fighters eliminated "a Zionist force of seven soldiers inside a house with an anti-fortification (TBG) shell."

Also, Qassam fighters were able to target a Zionist "Merkava" tank with an "Al-Yassin 105" shell, then climbed on it, eliminated its crew, and seized a machine gun from it near the "Al-Fakhoura" school west of Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
