Lebanese Hezbollah announced on Monday that a Merkava tank was targeted with a guided missile, west of the town of Shama, which led to its destruction, and the death and injury of its crew.
Hezbollah said in a statement: At 15:20 pm on Monday, the mujahideen of the Islamic resistance targeted a Merkava tank with a guided missile, west of the town of Shama, which led to its destruction, and the crew was killed and wounded.
He stressed that this targeting comes in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people.
