Gaza - Saba: Palestinian medical sources announced that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,875, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on October 7, 2023.
The same sources added that the number of injuries has risen to 106,454, since the beginning of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
