Tripoli - Saba:
The United Nations on Monday unveiled a new political plan to back stability in Libya.
The plan is aimed to curb the eruption of conflicts, to unite the state's institutions, to encourage elections in the country, and to solve outstanding disputed issues, the UN support official in Libya said.
The political process will be gradual, with commitment to the principles of national ownership, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability, Stephaney Khori added, noting that her mission is forming a technical committee of Libyan experts to study options needed to solve disputes related to electoral laws.
