The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas confirmed that the truce agreement in the Gaza Strip is closer than ever if Netanyahu does not obstruct it.
A leader in the Hamas movement said in media statements published today by the Palestine Today Agency that what is required is American pressure on Netanyahu to agree on the truce agreement in Gaza.
He added that the movement agreed to a gradual cessation of war, indicating that it is an advanced position to reach a truce agreement.
The leader stressed that the movement will not give up the Palestinian demands that the agreement lead to a permanent cessation of war in Gaza.
He pointed out that the mediators are intensifying contacts and talks to bridge the gaps and reach a truce agreement.
