The Health and Environment Office in Taiz province on Tuesday distributed medicines and medical supplies to three health centers in al-Taiziyah district worth $14,000, with support from the Deem Development Organization.
Director General of the Health Office in the province Dr. Abdulmalik al-Mutawakil explained that the medicines were distributed to the 22nd of May - al-Ramada - and al-Buraihi centers in the district as part of efforts to improve health services and alleviate the suffering of patients who are unable to provide the cost of medicine.
He praised the efforts of the Ministry of Health and the local authority and their continuous support for the health sector in the province, which aims to develop the level of services provided to citizens.
