Researcher Ali Mohammed Zaid Al-Shami received a PhD in Business Administration Philosophy from the Center for Business Administration at Sana'a University for his thesis titled "The Impact of Directive and Executive Excellence Practices on Organizational Performance - Knowledge Management as a Mediating Variable (a field study on mobile phone companies in Yemen)".
The committee, consisting of Dr. Saif Al-Hakimi from Al-Hodeida University - external reviewer, Dr. Sinan Al-Marhadi from Sana'a University - internal reviewer, and Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi from the University of Science and Technology - supervisor, praised the researcher's efforts and findings.
