Sana'a-Saba:
The law includes one hundred and one articles divided into six chapters and fifteen chapters as follows:
Part I: Nomenclature, definitions, objectives, and scope of application.
Part Two: Guarantees, Incentives, and Benefits.
Chapter Three: Single Window, Registration Procedures, and Investor Obligations.
Chapter Four: Encouraging and protecting local production and developing exports.
Chapter Five: The General Investment Authority.
Chapter Six: Settlement of Investment Disputes and Final Provisions.
The last article stipulates that this law shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
