Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Jamal Ahmed Amer met on Monday with Country Director of the Kuwaiti Direct Aid Society Ali Batbat.

The meeting discussed the activities and projects implemented by the Kuwaiti Direct Aid Society in Yemen, focusing on areas such as economic empowerment, water, sanitation, and education.

Minister Amer expressed appreciation for the Society's efforts and highlighted the importance of its independent funding sources, which are not subject to political pressures from other countries.

The Country Director of the Kuwaiti Direct Aid Society emphasized the Society's commitment to sustainable development and its focus on empowering local communities.
