On behalf of the government of change and construction, I am pleased to send you a letter of thanks for your support and understanding of the requirements of the stage that requires the issuance of the new investment law 1446/2025, by shifting the government's thinking from increasing fees and revenues to the development of resources to stimulate the national economy, increase economic growth, stimulate financial capabilities and local products in front of the competition and flooding the markets. With a modern vision to achieve cooperation and partnership with private investors, it encourages partnership formulas from the government in the construction and construction of investment projects to develop infrastructure and basic services, foremost of which are electric power production projects, in particular, to provide services with high feasibility and acceptable cost to The Citizen.
The law also focuses on supporting, stimulating, and exempting small enterprises and community economy projects, supports and stimulates public contribution projects, public subscription for individuals, and many others.
We also extend our thanks and appreciation to the speaker of the House of Representatives, his deputies, and members of the council for their contribution to enriching, completing, and approving the law, and we do not forget the great efforts of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and investment and the support by the Ministry of finance to achieve this great work within a record period of time.
My colleagues in the government of change and construction and I pledge to exert all efforts and responsible government integration to provide all the necessary support, facilities and guarantees to create a stimulating investment environment, God willing.
