The Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, Commander Ziad Al-Nakhalah, confirmed last night that the Palestinian resistance will complete the liberation of prisoners in the second phase and will expel the enemy from Gaza.

The Palestine Today News Agency quoted Commander Al-Nakhalah in a press statement, saying: "We will complete the second phase of liberating our prisoners and the enemy will leave the Gaza Strip."

On Sunday evening, from the Al-Saraya junction in the middle of the Gaza Strip, the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement in Gaza City, handed over the three female Zionist prisoners to the International Red Cross in preparation for their transfer to the occupied entity, as part of the first phase of the prisoner exchange deal that extends for 42 days.
