The Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development mourned on Wednesday the passing of its advisor Hassan Mohammed al-Halali.

The ministry praised al-Halali's dedication to public service and his significant contributions to the development of the local administrative system.

It highlighted his professionalism, his effective roles in developing cooperatives, and his contributions to enhancing the local authority system throughout his career.

The ministry expressed its deepest condolences to his family and friends.
