Al-Bayda-Saba:
The competitions of the ninth Martyr Judge Abdullah Al-Yadumi Football Activation Championship for the Martyr Leader's Cup were launched in Al-Arsh Directorate in Al-Bayda Governorate.
20 teams from clubs in four governorates are participating in the championship organized by the Shabab Malah Club.
At the opening of the championship, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Nabeeh Abu Shusaa, stressed the importance of the championship in strengthening sports competition, bonds of brotherhood, and the meeting of the nation's youth in love, under the umbrella of the Qur'anic march and faith identity.
He pointed out that these qualitative tournaments, which target young people from several governorates, contribute to activating sports, cultural and social activities among young people, develop skills and physical, mental and psychological aspects, contribute to discovering creative people, and provide national teams with distinguished players.
Abu Shusaa praised the organization of this tournament by the Shabab Mallah Club and the interaction of the participating clubs, appreciating the initiative of the Mohammed Abdullah Al-Yadoumi Trading Establishment to support the tournament over several years.. calling on the private sector to adopt such tournaments, and occupy the time of young people with what benefits them and returns good and benefit to them and their society.
While the head of the organizing committee of the tournament, Captain Ali Al-Nono, explained that the tournament aims to enhance the faith identity and good values among the participants, and connect them to the Palestinian cause; the first central issue of the nation.
He stressed the importance of the tournament in activating sports activity and contributing to the development of physical and mental aspects among young people, and contributing to the discovery of new sports talents that can be an important tributary to first-class clubs and national teams.
For their part, the Director of the Youth and Sports Office Branch in Al-Arsh Directorate, Majid Al-Farzai, the Secretary-General of the Shabab Malah Club, Najib Al-Sarihi, and the Supervisor of the Championship, Muhammad Al-Saeedi, reviewed the system and objectives of the championship.
They noted the contribution of the Shabab Malah Club in organizing many youth and sports activities and events over the past sports seasons. The opening match brought together the Shabab Malah Club and the Al-Wahda Al-Sharia Club teams, and ended with the victory of the former with four goals to three.
The opening was attended by the Director of Projects at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ahmed Al-Tuwaiti, the Deputy Executive Director for Financial Affairs of the Care and Youth Fund, Adnan Salah, the Director of Sports Activities at the Fund, Hamza Saleh, the Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Amin Daif Allah, the Chairman of the Rada'a Elite, Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Raboui, and the Chairman of Al-Wahda Club, Ahmed Wabran.
