The Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, was briefed on the progress of the training process at the Petroleum and Mineral Training Center, and the educational programs for the cadres of the oil and minerals sectors.
The minister stressed the importance of qualifying national cadres to meet the needs of the labor market, pointing out that investing in the human element is the basis of sustainable development. He also inspected the training facilities and classrooms equipped with the latest technology and listened to an explanation from the director of the center, Anas Al-Asbahi, about the training programs provided.
The Minister praised the Center's efforts in developing the skills of workers, stressing the need to keep pace with technological developments and support the Center to implement high-quality training programs that enhance the capabilities of national cadres in the oil and mining sectors.
